The guys that came to install the blinds were on time, very professional and very helpful in explaining the operation of the different types of shades we bought. They also helped out with a small issue we had with another product we had purchased elsewhere which is well above their responsibility. After the installation of the shades, they cleaned up any boxes and debris. Our sales lady Shilah was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the various products available for us to choose from. When it came time for the final choice, she helped pick our future colours etc.

I knew exactly what I wanted and she was great to show me all the options that could be provided. When she came to measure, she was friendly and considerate to my wants and needs. When the blinds came in the installers were clean, friendly, and professional. Taking care with all the details. Making sure each blind in the bay windows matched up perfectly and were esthetically pleasing. They made sure that even with the angles there was no way the light would get in or no one could see in unless they were opened. Before leaving they went through the operation of them with me. Recently I build my forever home. Acting as the general contractor, dealt with probably 30 different contractors. Some did what they were supposed to do, some had to be pushed and watched to do what they were supposed to do, and 2 of them went above and beyond, Lisa was definitely one of two. I recently had beautiful new blinds installed in a new condominium that my wife and I just purchased. We hired Superblinds and they installed their beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds. The product and installation service was exceptional. Lisa and the entire team at Superblinds was amazing to deal with! Through Covid I was sent quotes and given a walkthrough of the different options all through a video call. Then after we narrowed it down, Lisa helped us pick a colour based on the rest of the style of our home. Over the past few years Lisa at Superblinds has been doing a fantastic job of helping us with blinds for almost every room in our house. We had an issue with the blinds in our house. Everything from strings breaking to trying to open and close. We purchased only 8 years ago and the company replaced every blind last year and it only made things worse. We finally gave up and talked with Lisa from Superblinds and decided we would just try out the new Hunter Douglas light lock system for our upstairs bedroom. It’s been about 4 months and this is the most incredible system made. The quality of the blinds are second to none but the whole process from start to finish with Lisa and Superblinds was incredible. Our little Yorkie gets excited just hearing Auntie Lisa is coming over. That tells you right there the type of great person she is and how she cares. Dogs know ! I researched pricing and Superblinds was actually less than what I discovered. The installation was done to perfection with Lisa herself plus an amazing installer doing such an incredible job that we decided to get the rest of our house done with Superblinds and Hunter Douglas. Lisa came over, measured and spent a great deal of time ensuring everything will fit right and helped us with what will be best for our house. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. Since we’ve dealt primarily with Lisa I can only speak to her professionalism, great personality and like feeling she is family. I think it says a lot when we decided the first experience was so incredible we couldn’t stand the other blinds anymore and made this important investment to improve the look and privacy of house with a high quality product at an affordable price. Our experience with Superblinds was Super awesome! We worked with Lisa prior to the pandemic closures of business so had a start on the blind. Once the regulations were in place we worked with Lisa through photos and over text and Facetime to measure and order the blind. She dropped samples off at our house and picked them up once we had chosen the blind fabric. We had agreed to install it ourselves, which was no problem at all. Lisa was prompt, kept us updated regularly on the progress of our blind and would reply immediately to any communication I sent. We have had so many compliments on the Hunter Douglas product and the automation means no strings! Superblinds Regina sells only quality products at a very competitive price. Lisa will do whatever it takes to earn your business. The number one reason you should do business with Superblinds Regina is their outstanding customer service. They will be there when you need them. In March 2020, one of my motorized blinds quit functioning. Nine years after it was installed. Motorized products carry a five year warranty on the motor so the motor was well beyond the factory warranty. I called Lisa and she remembered me right away and she even recalled the exact products that were installed and the layout and configuration of my home. She took on my problem as if it was her own. She lined me up with Hunter Douglas service technicians to troubleshoot the exact problem. I needed a new motor. Two hours later, Lisa showed up on my doorstep with a motor (at no charge) that she found in her store from an old display unit. I was back up and running just like new in a matter of moments. This kind of service is invaluable. Thank you so much Lisa! You are a real gem and are so lucky to have your business in the City of Regina.
